RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Changing your mind (14-day right to cancel)
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, email us with your order number before sending anything back.
- You must return the item within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If an item has been used, washed or damaged beyond what's needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect its lower value.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We'll give you the return address when you contact us.
- We'll refund the price you paid within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that you've returned it.

2. Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and tell us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not what you ordered. Send your order number and photos of the problem. Your rights depend on when you report it; within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund. We'll cover return costs for faulty items.

3. What's not covered
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or washing and drying against the care label.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
