SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery: Free UK delivery on all orders. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery time: 7–12 working days from when you place your order. Your cover is posted directly from our supplier overseas.

Tracking: We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update at first.

Kits: If you order a kit, your items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Customs and fees: There are no extra charges to pay on delivery.

Problems: If your order hasn't arrived within 12 working days, or arrives damaged, email us at support@mitesafe.com with your order number.
